Requirements:

-University degree in Quantities Finance, Finance or Mathematics or a related discipline
-Minimum of 8 years' relevant experience in Rates and Fixed Income Trading is a must
-People management and front office supervision experience with strong control mindset
-Good communication, interpersonal, analytical skills and detail-oriented are highly sought
-Great sense of ownership and servicing mindset to ensure efficient and effective customer service processes and communication with top management and other departments
-Strong sense of financial and non-financial risk from trading perspective
-Proficiency in both English and Chinese
